A business in a box for medical devices

Everything a device company runs on, in one system.

CRM and sales. Inventory and production. Quality, regulatory and UDI. Accounting and payroll. Fundraising, grants and the board. DeviceHero is all of it on one set of records, so nothing has to be copied between tools that were never meant to meet.

Workspaces open by invitation during early access.

Seven million people to sell to, already in the box

Most CRMs start empty. DeviceHero ships with the US provider universe indexed locally, so Discover is a real search — it paginates the whole set, ranks by procedure volume and needs no criteria to start.

Built from public federal data — the NPPES registry, CMS Medicare utilization, Open Payments, PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov. Saving a prospect files the contact or company in the CRM in the same act.

Volume figures are Medicare fee-for-service, never labelled all-payor. Board and medical-society membership is not public, so it is not claimed.

2026 tax package showing $425,038 gross receipts, $771,381 of deductions across ten tax lines, an estimated book net loss, the filing identity for DeviceHero, Inc. filing Form 1120, and a filing readiness list with four items to clear.

Hero drafts. People decide.

An assistant across 46 surfaces of the product. Eight domains accept no AI write at all, and a tool named for an act a person must take — sign, approve, screen, send, pay — fails the build rather than shipping.

Your inbox, handled with care

Signing in with Google is one way in, not the only one. Its consent screen asks for three things.
  1. Read your inbox, so conversations land on the right contact. Read-only — DeviceHero never asks to change, label or delete your mail.

  2. Send as you, for a campaign or a support reply. Nothing leaves unless you send it.

  3. Your name and email address, to make the account.
